Club & Activities - Spring 2025

FAQs

What are After-School Enrichment Clubs?

  • Starling After-School Enrichment Clubs are after-school enrichment learning experiences hosted on campus at Starling from 3:00-4:00pm one day per week during an eight-week period. Teachers facilitate the clubs based on the AKS. Different clubs are offered for different grade ranges. The clubs that we are hosting for the Spring 2025 Session are Crafting Literacy, Cupcake, Exploring Robotics and Coding, Games, Improv Comedy for Kids, Lego, Model Makers and Marble Runs, Set Design, Sign Language, Simple Cooking, Spanish, Starling Cheer, Volleyball. (See the attached flyer below or click here for more details about these clubs.)

When are clubs held?

  • Clubs are typically held each Wednesday excluding days right before breaks or on early release. Spring 2025 club dates are: January 29, February 5, February 19, February 26, March 12, March 19, March 26, April 2.

How do I sign my child up?

  • Students' families pay a $40 fee per student and register online through MYPAYMENTSPLUS. Online club registration opens January 15th at 8pm and closes January 19th at 8pm.

Can my child be a part of more than one club?

  • No, please register your child for only ONE club. All after school enrichment clubs are held at the same time and on the same day.

I logged into the portal to sign my child up, but can’t find the specific club my child wants. What should I do?

  • Unfortunately, if a club is no longer appearing in the portal, that means the club you are looking for is full. We have limited spots for our clubs and sometimes they fill up very quickly. Try asking your child if they have a second favorite choice that they may want to sign up for.

I still have a question. Who can I contact?
