PTA

Starling PTA is a registered nonprofit association. We provide resources and educational activities for our children and their families, and we provide support for our teachers. We serve as a forum for parents, teachers, administrators and any concerned persons, and bring them together to discuss ways to promote quality education and arts in education, encourage community involvement, and to work towards a safe and healthy environment. Membership in Starling PTA is open to anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference for our children at Starling Elementary School. Every person who joins Starling PTA automatically becomes a member of both the state and National PTAs. Join Starling PTA for great benefits you get as a result of being a member. You can also donate to Starling PTA by being our community partners. The National/ Georgia PTA Mission Statement is to be a powerful voice for all children; a relevant resource for families and communities; and a strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child. The National PTA Vision is "Making Every Child's Potential a Reality."

Team up with other dads and kids at our school for a quick, fun breakfast. You’ll take away some great tips and resources to help you be the best dad you can be, and you’ll strengthen your relationship with your kids at the same time. We are excited to announce our Rams Rally fundraiser kickoff on Monday, 9/12!  Funds raised will go towards a new Gym floor and supplying new playground equipment. Look for the Green GO! Pass and help your student complete it Monday night to return Tuesday, September 13th.

All students who complete the Green GO! Pass assignment of at least 10 contacts will receive some FUN PRIZES — regardless of whether any donations are made!  Any students who submit at least 20 contacts will be entered in four DAILY DRAWINGS for a Digital Bank stiffed with cash!  But, in order to win these prizes and be entered in the drawings, the Green GO! Pass must be completed and turned in by Tuesday, September 13.

PTA Board 2024-2025

Please visit us at https://starlingrams.memberhub.com/store to join the PTA. Why should you join PTA? The number one reason to join the PTA is to benefit your child. If your teacher gets 1 membership for every student in their class, they will get a $100 gift card to buy supplies for YOUR Class. The deadline is Oct 7th. By joining PTA, you also help your school. Last year, Starling Elementary PTA was able to help the school purchase our digital marquee.  Starling PTA sponsors several family and student activities such as:
